We are located along the board walk at the Anchorage Marina in Corlette, Port Stephens. The Floating Cafe is berthed among the boats on Arm B for a truly unique Cafe experience. Open to the public, you are all welcome to Come & See The Coffee Maker
We are conscious of our impact and here are the steps we are taking to help us strive for sustainability.
We actively collect our food and coffee waste and take it to our property in Bunyah for composting. The majority of our coffee cups and packaging is compostable too, helping us reduce our waste footprint.
Our eggs come from Lake Macquarie Free Range Eggs, to ensure the best quality and allow us to support a local and family owned farm.
At The Coffee Maker, we take our coffee seriously. We use only the highest quality beans to create our signature blend. Our house blend is from Ethiopia, Brazil and Guatemala. It has a nutty and sweet flavour which is full bodied but low acidity.
Whether you prefer a blend or a single origin, we have something for everyone. We have a Colombian Single Origin as well as a different Single Origin every month. Come in and try our ”Coffee Flight” to sample our different options and find your signature flavour.
Our baristas are trained to craft the perfect drink every time.
